About the event
Cárdenas will be in residence at the University of Notre Dame's Raclin Murphy Museum of Art sponsored by Letras Latinas (the Institute for Latino Studies). On September 24, she will visit a Latine Literature course during the day and give an evening talk about ekphrastic poetry and reading of her work at the Museum of Art. On September 25 and 26, she will be in residence at the Museum writing her own new ekphrastic poems. On September 27, she will give a community workshop on writing ekphrastic poems at the Museum.
